Device requirements are as follows:

Minimum requirements: Android 3.2 / iOS 6.0 / 2GB RAM
Recommended Requirements: Android 4.0 / iOS 6.0 / Quad Core 1.5Ghz, 1GB RAM

Follow these steps to check your OS:
Android: Menu -> System Settings -> Software Information
iOS: Menu -> General -> Software Update

If a device's OS version or its memory capacity is low, even if it's the latest model, chances are it may not support MU: Origin. We ask that you ensure that your device has sufficient storage capacity to download, install, and update the game properly.

Unfortunately, deleted accounts cannot be restored.
Please note that we double check the deletion process to prevent any mistakes.
Please make sure you do not delete your account accidentally as it cannot be restored in the future.

Please note that there are rare cases where a transaction may take between 24 and 48 hours to be completely processed, after which the transaction will be finalized and the purchased Diamonds will be reflected into the account on the user's next login. We ask that you do the following to ensure that you have not received the purchased Diamonds due to a technical or unknown issue:
1. Log out of the game completely
2. Restart the game and Log In
3. Check your Diamonds in-game.

During this 24-48 hours waiting period, we ask that you refrain from filing any refunds to prevent the account from being blocked due to refunded Diamonds. The best course of action to take is to contact us below so we can let you know about the status of the transaction.

Please refrain from using a device which violates policy.
If this is the case, we cannot help you if you encounter any problems.
